Children's Choir

We believe God has given music as a special gift to praise and worship Him and we want the children to learn how to express their love for God through music and to know that He is worthy of praise. Our primary goal is to see children come to know the Lord as their Savior by showing them God’s love through music. We invite you to bring your child to be a part of Ellendale Baptist Children’s Choir. Children are taught music skills such as rhythm, dynamics, correct singing posture and breathing, proper sounds, how to read basic music and have lots of fun doing so.

For children in 1st through 6th grade, we meet August – May and present “Children’s Night at Christmas” in December and a spring concert in May. We occasionally present other programs for worship services or other special events.

Preschool Choir

We believe music is one of God’s special gifts to us and a wonderful way to praise and worship Him. It is a proven fact that children who are taught to worship and praise God through music in their early years are more likely to continue to do so throughout their lives. We invite your child to be a part of this important but wonderful task! Children are taught basic music skills through singing fun songs that they move to, playing percussion instruments, and playing fun music games.

We meet August – May with special programs in December and May. Your child must be 3, 4 or 5 years of age by October 1 to be able to participate.
